Terms of Service
Effective date: July 2025 · Roster
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Roster website and services. Please read them carefully before submitting any form or relying on any content on this site.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Roster website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the site.
Description of services
Roster provides a managed campus campaign service that connects companies with campus partners to execute coordinated campaigns. The website allows companies to submit campaign inquiries and allows campus partners to apply to join the Roster network.
Roster is an independent operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any university, including Florida State University.
Campaign inquiries
Submitting a campaign inquiry through our website does not create a contractual obligation or guarantee that Roster will accept, design, or execute a campaign on your behalf. Roster reviews all inquiries and will contact you to discuss next steps at its discretion.
Final campaign agreements, pricing, timelines, and terms are established separately through a campaign agreement and are not governed by these Terms of Service alone.
Partner applications
Submitting a partner application through our website does not guarantee acceptance into the Roster network. Acceptance is at Roster's sole discretion based on campaign needs, campus coverage, and partner type availability.
Acceptance into the Roster network does not guarantee campaign invitations, assignments, or compensation. Campaign opportunities are made available based on active campaign needs at Roster's discretion.
Compensation for campaign participation is defined in the terms specific to each individual campaign and is not established by these Terms of Service.
Accurate information
By submitting any form or information through our website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your inquiry or application and termination of any existing relationship with Roster.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, design, and code, is owned by Roster or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from content on this site without our prior written permission.
Any content you submit through our website (forms, applications, notes) remains your property, but you grant Roster a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of evaluating and fulfilling your inquiry or application.

Roster makes no claim to any affiliation with Florida State University or any other educational institution. Roster does not hold licenses to use any university trademarks, logos, seals, mascots, or protected marks. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as suggesting official university access, endorsement, or partnership unless explicitly and specifically stated.
