How It Works
Two connected workflows. One coordinated campaign.
Roster connects companies with the campus partners best suited to execute their campaign. Each side follows a defined process that keeps both aligned from brief to report.
For Companies
Brief → Plan → Approve → Report
Your team approves the campaign plan. Roster handles the rest.
For Campus Partners
Apply → Accept → Execute → Submit
Receive clearly defined assignments. Complete work and submit proof.
For Companies
From campaign brief to final report.
Submit your campaign brief
Share your campaign objective, the campus you want to target, the specific action you want students to take, your estimated budget, and your preferred timeline.
Receive a proposed campaign plan
Roster designs a campaign plan recommending partner types, assignment structure, tracking methods, a timeline, and a budget estimate tailored to your objective.
Review and approve
You review the proposed campaign plan. Ask questions, request changes, or approve. Nothing moves forward without your explicit approval.
Roster coordinates execution
Once approved, Roster distributes assignments to campus partners, provides campaign materials and tracking links, and manages all communication and deadline tracking.
Campus partners complete assignments
Partners execute their assignments and submit proof of completion—photos, screenshots, form confirmations, and tracking data—through Roster.
Receive one campaign report
At campaign close, you receive a single combined report covering all partners, assignments, tracked actions, proof of completion, and measurable campaign activity.
For Campus Partners
From application to paid campaign work.
Apply to join
Submit your application with your campus, partner type, capabilities, availability, and any relevant experience.
Complete the review process
Roster reviews all applications. Acceptance is based on campus coverage, partner type availability, and campaign needs. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Share your capabilities and availability
Once accepted, provide your full profile so Roster can match you to relevant campaign opportunities.
Receive relevant campaign opportunities
Get notified when a campaign assignment matches your partner type, campus, and availability. You are never required to accept.
Accept and complete your assignment
Accepted assignments come with clear instructions, campaign materials, tracking links or QR codes, and a submission deadline.
Submit proof and receive payment
Submit required proof of completion. Payment is processed according to the terms set for each individual campaign.
Joining does not guarantee campaign opportunities or compensation.
Roster's role
The layer that connects both sides.
Roster sits between companies and campus partners—building the campaign plan, selecting partners, coordinating execution, managing deadlines, verifying proof, and producing the final report.
Companies do not need to independently find, brief, and manage every student participant. Campus partners do not need to independently find every company willing to run a campus campaign.
